As a founder of Trinity, Michael utilizes his extensive and wide-ranging expertise to assist clients with site selection, tenant representation, lease analysis and negotiation, construction advisory and property management services.  He began his career with the Williams Companies/Wiltel, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Real Estate. With over 25 years of commercial office experience, Michael combines his experience from both a corporate user and owner perspective.  In the past 5 years, Michael has been recognized by NAIOP as having participated in Tulsa’s (4) largest real estate transactions.

Larry has more than 25 years experience in the real estate management and leasing industry.  He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Prior to founding Trinity with Mike, he spent 10 years with the Williams Companies as a Sr. Property Manager responsible for the Bank of Oklahoma Tower and 18 years with CB Richard Ellis as General Manager/Vice President responsible for the Warren Place office complex in Tulsa, OK.

Derek is a proven leader with a record of achieving extraordinary results in his 16 years experience in the corporate real estate field. Prior to joining Trinity, he served as Vice President of North American Facilities for MCI Communications and most recently as Director of National Facilities for Verizon.  Our clients benefit from Derek’s expertise in developing, implementing and managing enterprise wide multi-faceted real estate and corporate support disciplines including: portfolio strategic planning, facilities management, construction, CRE support systems, physical security and administrative services. Derek’s experience in developing innovative solutions translates to reduced cost and improved operating efficiency for our clients.
